SUP Yoga

It does not matter if you are a beginner or a more advanced practitioner, this experience is for all levels.

SUP (Stand Up Paddle-board) yoga is a relatively new practice, which fuses Yoga with SUP. Providing benefits of Yoga on a paddle-board we increase the strength, flexibility, coordination and resistance necessary to maintain balance.


Providing an enormous sensation of tranquility and harmony, surrounded by an exceptional environment; the sea and nature whilst also connecting with the element of water.


Bring comfortable clothes and a towel.

Arrive 15 minutes early. (In order to get changed)
