From March to October. Hatha Yoga classes for all levels, to dedicate time to your body, as well as your mind.

And enjoy the benefits of being close to nature and practicing yoga.

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30


I recommend arriving a little early and bringing your yoga mat and towel.

Please silence your phone.

If you have any health restrictions, I would ask that you let me know before class.

(So you can adjust the class to your needs)
